Go to the judge and tell him you can’t afford an attorney. They will appoint someone for you. He will have to work for free.
Most communities also have legal aid services. which offers free legal advice.
I can give you advice if you are in Malaysia.
In my country, you can always report to the Bar Council where they will interview and provide you with pro bono lawyer or under the state there’s a centre for Legal Aid Bureau.
If you’re in the corner and have no cash to go out from that point, you would require to receive the loan. Because that will aid you for sure. I get bank loan every year and feel myself OK because of that.
